H1 transfer - Please help

I have not worked since October and as a result do not have any paystubs. I have got an offer from a firm for H1 transfer in December. Please let em know if i can apply for H1 transfer without paystubs.

you did not work on H1 or employer could not find job for you and dont have recent pay stubs. H1 Transfer without recent 2-3 pay stubs will not be approved, even if that gets approved you will not get I-94 attached.
you are out of status at this time.Bench/table is not allowed on H1. for more info talk to new company lawyer/employer
** I have read more than 30-40 cases H4 to H1 COS then not having the job,then wasting time money to go out and again enter on H4 status. why file H4 to H1 if the employer cant pay or does not have job??
