My H1 Transfer is in pending, It was applied in Feb 1st week of 2003. Now I have to travel and go to india for 3 to 4 weeks, Can I go to india and come back, if so when I'm entering the US again, which employer should i keep as my current employer, Do I have to carry any documents with me when I'm travling.
