H1 transfer paystub less than that of LCA

My friend is currently holding an H1 B Visa stamped on his passport until Nov. 2004. He recently got a salary cut and decided to look for another job. He found a new employer who's willing to do a transfer. His problem is his paystub is way less than the agreed on the LCA due to the pay cut. Will there be a problem with the transfer??? What is the best thing to do???

transfer will not be a problem. stamping in a US consulate mightbe. Stay in US for a while!
