H1 transfer- paystub can be how old.

Hi

How old can the paystub be for H1 transfer? My case is, that there is a company that I can transfer my H1 to, but my present employer has only paid me till 2nd Jan 05.

Because he doesn't pay in time, I want to get my H1 transferred. please help me. Again how old can the paystub be to send it for the H1 transfer.

Usually they like to see the most recent two pay stubs. Wait until they pay you and file as soon as they pay you. Keep all the documents ready. This is just an idea may or may not work according to your situation.
