H1-transfer - need urgent help

Hi,

I am on H1-B working for a consultant company X. Before that I used to work for company Y. I been to india on emergency. when I was in india, my H1 transfer from company Y-> company X was approved. As I didn't know that my H1-B(on company X) was approved, I came back to US on my first H1-B( on Company Y). After coming here, I came to know that my new H1 is approved, and I started working for Company X.

Now, I got a permanet offer from Company Z, to which I want to transfer my H1. The problem is , I have my I-94 's different. One I got at the port of entry when I am entering into US whic is the latest, is different from the one on H1-B approval on (Company X) which is my old I-94 number.

Can I transfer my H1 to company Z now without any problems? If there is a problem, can anyone tell me what to do?

I really appreciate someone give me suggestions on this. And please suggest the law offices who can do the work for me.

Thanks for you reply. I went thro the forum you suggested, but didn't find any case which is related to mine.

Can any one please help after reading my long and sob story..
