H1 Transfer - Name spelled incorrect in paystub - Issues?

Hello,

I am working with employer A and I am planning for H1 Transfer to employer B.
I have the recent 2 pay stubs from employer A, but the problem is the last name is misspelled in first pay stub and corrected in 2nd pay stub.

Do you guys see any issues in this in H1 Transfer processing?

Since paystubs generally have last 4 digits of your SSN, should it be fine to apply for H1 transfer??

-----------------why not to get it corrected? do you think it is mistake or the employer think that you may transfer H1?

---------------talk to new company lawyer who is going to file H1 transfer and attach latest 3-4 pay stub copy OR file after you get Next pay stub with correct name on it, nobody can Predict USCIS
