H1 Transfer Issues

Hello Everybody,

I am in a huge dilemma regarding my H1 transfer.

My case:

My OPT expired in Feb, 2004. Before that I got a new H1 before the H1 quota got filled. This was a consulting position and I took a leave of 1 month to start new work.

In the mean time, I got a new job and I accepted the offer. My new employer is willing to transfer my H1 to his company. I have no pay stubs from the initial employer who did my H1. Is it ok to file for my transfer with my old pay stubs (the employer with whom I worked on OPT). I cant sub contract either.

What are the chances for my transfer being approved or rejected?
I am new to all this... If anybody can shed some light on this that would be great...
