I am currently working with company A on H1. I recently got my H1 renewal notice (just yesterday). I am going to send my passport and documents to st louis for visa approval.
In the mean time, a second company (today) offered me a job and is willing to do my H1-B.
I read on this forum about h1 transfer, but couldn't really follow. Can you please explain what it is and how would it be applicable to my case.
