H1 Transfer in 7th year

YES, and make sure after LC approval the employer who filed LC files your I-140 and you file I-485, EAD AP. if you think he may not file I-140 then stick with him till your LC gets cleared and I-140 gets approved and I-485 pending for 180 days to use AC21
 
Thanks. I just have one more info. After transferring to the new company, Can I keep extending my 8th year H1 extension with the new company. I can work out with the old company about the labor/140 & 485.

------YES, till the time LC is pending more than 365 days or I-140 filed and pending or I-485 pending

----- work out with past company to file I-140 for you and you file I-485, EAD AP at the same time when the company file I-140 and if any RFE for I-140 they must reply to RFE
