Hi There,
I need some vital inputs from you guys.
I have applied for a H1 Transfer - But for some reason i still feel that the new employer might be having links with the old employer and internally within them they never did any H1 Transfer.What documents are strong proof that such an application has been filed.What should drive the horses home and make me feel secure.
One of my friends said that if he can give you an EAC# it should be good enough.
Pl. provide your inputs.
Also my previous H1 Holder is withholding checks which he received from the client.What should be my approach.Which are the best immigration lawyers in NY and NJ.My previous H1 holder has exploited me to the core.
