h1 transfer- hi extention- 2 employer filing at same time

Hi Can any body pls help me out.

My h1 started on sept 2009

My h1 visa expires in Sept 2011. My company plans to file a visa extension in next couple of days under NORMAL Processing.

I might be getting an offer letter in 2-3 weeks time from other company and might need to file a Visa transfer and may do it under normal or premium processing ( I dont know but may be Premium)

Will there be any issues created as two applications will be sent simultaneously?

What should I do?

----- it is not VISA extension it is H1 status extension or H1 extension. Visa is under DOS and Petitions are approved by USCIS.
I might be getting an offer letter in 2-3 weeks time from other company and might need to file a Visa transfer and may do it under normal or premium processing ( I dont know but may be Premium)
---------- Then wait 2-3 weeks. if you want to join new employer with H1 transfer then don't join just by getting H1 transfer filing receipt. join only once your H1 transfer gets approved. At this time USCIS ask lot of documents from Employer or send RFE and many H1 extensions/transfers get rejected. request new employer to file H1 transfer with through Premium Processing.

Will there be any issues created as two applications will be sent simultaneously?
