H1 Transfer help needed

Hi all,

I came on H1 in the mid of may,As i not really satisfied with the employer, I would like to have h1 transfer and i have some job offers,
My employer has provided the paystubs till now.I am really frustarted with my employer.

will there be any problems in H1 Transfer ?
What all docs are required for h1-Transfer ?
If i apply for H1 Transfer what are the chances of approving it?
How many days notice should be given before changing the job?
What are the legal implications if notice period is not served ?

Could some one help me out of this situation with your guidance?

--------- if you have H1 approval notice and 2-3 recent pay stubs then you can transfer H1 through new employer
What all docs are required for h1-Transfer ?
same for H1 and recent pay stubs+H1 approval notice from your side and employer has to pay USCIS, lawyer fees and has to get LCA for you
If i apply for H1 Transfer what are the chances of approving it?
------ all depends on company/lawyer how one handle H1 forms filing
How many days notice should be given before changing the job?
