Hello,
I have H1B Visa valid till Sep 2007. I am moving into a new company and the new company has already applied for H1 Transfer. I am getting married in Aug and will be applying for my wife's H4 Visa around that time. I know I can travel to India with the new I797 and old visa since its valid till Sep 2007, but my question is can my wife use the same to get H4 stamping or do I need to get my visa stamped with the new empoyer name and then have her use the new stamping?
Please help since if I need the new stamping then I need to book a slot and make arrangements
