H1 Transfer, Green Card filing possibilities

Hi,
I came in USA in 2001. Job market was not great, I worked on and off. First term of my H1-B was supposed to expire on July 2003. In June 2003 I filed for the transfer, transfer is still pending. I have a few questions:

1. Can i work for the employer who filed my transfer even if transfer is pending.
2. I have a few job offers from some other companies. What would be the possibility if I accept a job offer.

a: ) Should I file a new H1B for the new job. (my first h1 has expired
and transfer is still pending)?
b: ) Can I file H1B transfer, specially when my previous transfer is
pending?
c: ) Can I apply for the Green Card through new employer (with expired
H1 and pending transfer )

One last question, I have heard about Future Employment Green Card. Is there any such thing. If yes, what If I have an employer who is willing to file Future Employment Green Card for me. Can I do it when my h1 transfer is pending and my first h1 term is expired? If yes do I need to maintain H1B status separately? What will happen when my 2nd term of my h1 expires?

I would really appreciate your guidance, I am also looking for the paid consultation on those issue. Please contact me for that.

Best Regards

------- what is the reason for H1 transfer delay? it seems 1 year as you filed in june 2003,ask the lawyer who filed H1 transfer, may be RFE and may not be replied by the new employer find out the reason
1. Can i work for the employer who filed my transfer even if transfer is pending.
----- yes you can if you have H1 transfer filing reciept, check the above from lawyer who filed H1 transfer, it may have been approved or denied
2. I have a few job offers from some other companies. What would be the possibility if I accept a job offer.
-------- let us know what the lawyer says for your H1 transfer why is is pending more than 1 year???? then I will read your post below

I have checked with the lawyer, he told me that INS took 8 months to send first inquiry about the pay stubs etc. Then they sent another letter asking for LCA, lawyer is sending them LCA by August 9.

Thanks
