Hello!

i would like to do a transfer and here is my situation. My employer is a consulting company that has been in business since October 2004 (year and a half). It is only one guy (the owner) and he wants to hire me. He has one client that he has a contract with and some number of smaller clients. He has a business plan, website, phone number, fax. He says he is growing and needs help. The company doesn't have an actual office place. The only thing he has is a rented mailbox which has a street address and a suite number. His EIN is registered under that address. No physical, actual office though! How hopeless is my case?? Should I even bother to try to do it. I'm really afraid it will not work. Also, what kind of documents you think I will need to make it happen? Please list some. the guy is very private and does not feel comfortable showing for example a copy of client contract. Is there anything we can do?? Please, please advise if you think that this can even work out. Thank you very much!!!!!!
