H1 Transfer from Same Company twice.

I was working for employer A and had the I-797 approval valid till 03/2005.Later I joined employer B and filed for transer which got approved again till 03/2005. Now I am laid off from employer B and they have to file for cancellation of H1B but are willing to help such that if I can get my H1 tranferred for a few months to a diff employer and they'll rehire me back in a couple of months as soon as I find an assignment. That way I don't lose my status and don't need a fresh H1 when i start on an assignment again.
My question is that Can i still use the approval from my previous employer A which is still valid till 2005 and later use that to get a transfer back when I get an assignment(although I wouldn't have any recent paystubs from A to show at that time)
Please advise.
 
H1 to H1

H1 from Comp A is gets over once you transfered to Comp B and worked and got pay stub. To come back to company A again, you have to change your sponsorship from B to A.
This transfer you can do any number of times.
