Hi,
I have got my H1 approved in Oct'2006 and by the time i was working as contractor on OPT and then h1 got approved. In May'2007,i have been offered a fulltime opportunity with another company, that position required a 6yr working experience in USA,so i have applied with 6 yr experience,so while trasfering the H1 to this new company , will there be any prob as i dont really have those many years experince(i have around 1+yr experience) and also will there be any complication/problems in greencard processing with this new company?Does this new company create any problem in this case?
The h1 transfer requires the resume to INS.So in that it will be mentioned as 6yr experience in USA.Does this create any problem?

if anybody has gone through this situation, please suggest me.

Thanks in advance

Anything goes when you are a contractor but you should have applied for the full-time job with your real experience. There is a good chance that you will run into trouble during the background check and even during your visa transfer because I think when you applied for your current H1 visa, you must have given them your real resume.
I don't knw the potential problem with green card.
Good luck
