H1 Transfer during H1 Pending- Help Jaxen/Jim

Hi,
I joined employer A recently after the receip of my H1B application(currently i am on their payroll) I am yet to get my approval (I-797) meanwhile I might get another offer from employer B and need H1 Transfer again can i get the H1 transfer to employer B based on the pending receipt and recent paystubs ..? or else i need to wait till I get the approval of the pending application(I might opt for premium processing of the pending application if it is necessary) before i can transfer to employer B..?
