Hi,
I got my 7th year H1 extension based on a pending labor from my company last month.I am now in 7th year.If I have to do a H1 transfer to a new company will they again have to submit proof to UCIS that a labor is pending for me

Or

Will it be just like any other regular H1 transfer where they just need old H1B and pay stubs, degree etc for H1 transfer (since I already got my extension for 1 year with UCIS)

If anyone is in the same boat please let me know.
Jason or Ginnu do you know the answer to this.I'll appreciate it if you can answer it.

Regards.

---just like any other H1 to H1 transfer you need recent paystubs for H1 transfer, ask the new company lawyer what he needs from you to file H1 transfer and make sure the lawyer does NOT file NEW Fresh H1
