Here is my situation:
I have my H1 with company A. I got an offer from company B and have started the H1 transfer process. I haven't yet received the transfer receipt. Meanwhile, I received another offer from a company C and now I want the transfer from A to C. What do I do in this situation ? Can I cancel the pending transfer and start a new transfer with C ?
