Hello Friends
I am in the middle of a confusing problem. I was working for a company 'A'. I changed employer to 'B' and initiated the H1 transfer at the end of Feb'05. The new employer asked for W2 form recently, saying its required by INS. I dont have sufficinet pay on my 2004-W2, which should be as per H1 papers. In fact the earning are about 50%. Now if I proceed by submitting the W2, there seems to be pretty more chances of getting my H1 transfer rejected. In the wake of this scenerio,
. Can I stop this H1 transfer and join back to the old emploer 'A'? Its already three months.
. Can I join any other company if this transfer gets rejected?
I am totally confused now and doesnt really know what would be the right step. Please help friends. Thanks to you all in advance.

Thanks,
Sri

. Can I join any other company if this transfer gets rejected? There also same rejection. (How do you produce pay stub there)I am totally confused now and doesnt really know what would be the right step. Please help friends. Thanks to you all in advance.
