H1 Transfer before landing to US

Mine is some what strange case.

I got H1 stamping from company A and haven't landed in US yet. Now I got a good offer from company B and they are willing to transfer my H1 to company B and send me through them.

What do u guys suggest about this.

Will this transfer create any issue for my H1?
Do I need to go for stamping again ?
 
Hi

I landed in US with out any issues but at immigration they asked couple of questions on why I changed the employer. Thats it and every thing went fine.

I have similar case. I got H1b stamping for company A and company B had shown interest in doing H1b Transfer. Can you share your experience please? Did company B requires you pay slips (from company A)? It would really be helpful if share some information.

Now i am having similar status, I am having H1B from A company, but that company terms are not accptable and even i am having B1/2 as well now my current asking me to go to US on project. WILL THIS AFFECT MY H1B?
