H1 Transfer and India travel

I am working on H1 B Visa

I got my H1 B visa extended until 2012 september just recently. Please advice on the following:

I am right now working for Employer A, I want to shift to Employer B. I am also planning a trip to India.

I have to go to visa stamping if I go to India, I can get client letter so no problem. So which option is better ?

Transfer, then trip to India

1. should I go to India after my H1 Transfer, In that case, will there be a problem for the visa stamping ? Currently in my passport
I have the visa with Employer A, and I go there with new H1 (I 797) on the name of Employer B. Will that be an issue during
stamping ?

Or

Trip to India, stamping, then transfer.

2. should I go first,
get the stamping done (while I am still with Employer A), and then come back to US, and then do the H1 Transfer.
But my question is, even after the transfer, If I go back to India again, (anytime before 2012), in this case, do
I have to go for stamping again ?

I also have confusion about i - 94, which one is the correct one, the one in my passport or the one attached to my new I 797 A ?

here i have a question by there are 2 i-94s .

1. The one I see in the passport

2. The one which is in my new I-797A (at the lower lef side)

the one in the passport obviously says its valid until september 2009. The new I-797A which I got after extension with emplyer A has an I-94
at the lower left side which says this:

Receipt : xyzslkjfs
I-94# 33333
Name : skjfsls
CLASS H1 B
VALID FROM 10/1/2009 UNTIL 9/30/2012

PETITIONER: EMPLOYER A

So is it valid ? I can go to India, get stamping done, and then do the transfer ?

1. your latest I-94 that is attached with H1 approval notice that is the LATEST I-94 and valid I-94. if you go out of US then you need to surrender ALL the I-94 before departure (kepp the copy of ALl I-94 front and back for your records)

2. Go out of US and get H1 visa stamp, enter US then work with present employer and let the new employer file H1 transfer through Premium processing so that you get the result in 20-25 days from the H1 transfer petition reach USCIS. once approved join new employer.
