h1 transfer and h4 sponsor

I have transfered h1 from company a to company b. I have a visa stamped from company a till nov 2006. I am going to India in march 2005 to get married. Do I need to stamp a new visa from company b to get the h4 visa sponsered for my wife.

--- you can enter US with that Visa AND ALSO show H1 tranfer approval at POE and you will get I-94 till your H1 transfer approval date, check the I-94 at POE if mistake point it to officer or ask for supervisor.
