H1 Transfer and FedEx Tracking number

Hi,

I am currently working for an employer A. I got a permanent offer from an employer B which I would like to join. Today (02/28/05), my employer B is mailing the H1 Transfer Petition via FedEx. My Employer B says I can start working as soon as I get the FedEx tracking number. Is this true ? Can anyone from Mr. Khanna's Team confirm this ? Any suggestions/comments are welcome.

--not true, start working only after you get the H1 transfer filing reciept from USCIS
Can anyone from Mr. Khanna's Team confirm this ?
