H1 transfer and attorney fee from my salary.

Hi All,
I had just change employer, a new employer asking me that he will deduct H1 transfer and attorney fee from my salary.
- I heard that a government (IRS) will return H1 transfer fee to employer after few month, is it right?

- What can I do, please suggest me.

-----------------------------------------------You should have cleared with employer before joining him. If you want you can file a complaint with DOL against the employer.
