H1 transfer after H1-X filed

Hi I have Valid i-94 on my H1-X till Jan 2007, My Company is planning to Apply H1-X in July 2006, I have sent all the required documents to them to file , Now Company B has offered me a better opportunity and they want to transfer my H1 to them. Byt that time they want to transfer H1 , If my present employer fils the H1-X will there be any problem in transfering, Do I need to wait till my approval comes , please advice me in this situation,

There is no issue in this scenario. B can file H1 regardless of other H1 application.
