A similar thread has been existing here, but mine has a different angle. I was working with company A till Jun 18 when i recd an offer with company B. and they filed for my H1 transfer on 21st Jun on premium and i joined B. On Jun 23rd, i recd another offer from company C which is a much better offer. Now A ran the payroll on Jun 30 and provided paystub which i used for filing with C and hence C also has started premium transfer and filed on Jul 2nd.
Just to mention, another company D had filed for my H1 but on regular processing in May.
In this situation, am i out of status at any time ? Also does filing by C using the papers of A create any problems ? And does working for B for just a few days matter here for USCIS (INS) ??
