H1 transefer is going to get approved and the old company is closed

Hi


My fiance has applied for transfer from company A to B .The company A is closed . He has Visa with company A until 2005. we are planning to go to India after his H1 gets transfere.

My question is can we go to India with the same Visa (A)?

if so what are the documents we need to carry with us.

please help us.

Since you are planning to go after the approval of transfer, the approval I797 is enough document. A letter from the current employer about your employment and paystubs are secondary docs which can be used to support your employment with company B.
Did you also do a h4 transfer?
