I am a H1b Holder with Company A and I arrived here in October 07. The Company A was marketing me in a way which I did not like and hence I tried myself for a job and got a job offer from a Company B. Company B is willing to file H1 transfer.
Its been 3 months since I landed in US and Company A has not paid me anything so far.
I got to know that for h1 transfer its mandatory that one be in valid status, will asking my employer to run payrolls for month of December will it make me Valid status if company B files petition in January?
Please Help me.
