The H1 visa is in process and USCIS is requesting a "training and education fee" from my emplyer or a proof of affiliation to the university.
1. How often do you pay for the training fee?
2. How and when does this training fee apply to H1-B?
3. What kind of proof does the USCIS need to show affiliation or relationship of the clinic/organization to the university/higher education entity?
4. If submitting the proof and USCIS was not satisfied, is this a ground for denial or will USCIS ask for the fee instead?
5. How often do one need to renew H1 visa? Is renewal the same with extension?
