H1 to L1 transfer....

Hi,
Does any one know if H1 visa can be transferred to an L1 visa. I need this so that my spouse can work on L2. It seems that her H1 application was not picked up for review.

I don't know what you expect from "transfer", but you can apply L1 if you are qualified.

Hi,

I have a similar query...
I am on an H1 working in an Indian IT company as a senior system analyst. I am a technical project manager right now working at a client location. My H1 for 6 years is expiring in 2008.

Since my wife cant work on an H4 I wanted to transfer my H1 to L1 so that she can work. Am I qualified to transfer my H1 to L1?
