Hi--i am thinking of changing to H4 as i cldn't get into project.
-----------------------after joining employer with H1 in US how many months he has not paid you? to get project is not your duty the employer has to get project. project or no project they need topay you the salary.if employer has not paid then employer has violated H1 law/regulations and you may be out of status.
Could someone plz tell me what all issues i will face if i go for stamping in chennai. will they be asking my past H1 history of working here.
