My wife is going to quit her job by the end of May due to personal reasons. Currently she's in H1B status. I'm in H1B too and will need to apply for H-4 visa for her. I have a few questions:
1. Shall I start the H-4 application now? or shall I start after she quits her job at the end of May?
2. How long will it take for H-4 visa application?
3. When she's waiting for her H-4 visa (after she quits her job), will she be considered out of status?
