H1 to H4 COS

I am currently working on H1 visa and I would like to know
the procedure for applying Change of Status from H1 to H4. I appreciate if anyone could answer my questions below:

1) Do I need to apply I-539 through my husband's Employer/Attorney or can I do it myself?
2) Once I apply for COS, will my H1 get cancelled from the date of application?
3) If my employer revokes my H1, before COS is approved will I be in Out of Status?
4) Once I apply for COS(and before COS is approved), what is the procedure to come back on H1 if I get a job in between? Do I need to apply for a new H1?

1.you can file i 539 by yourself please check for required documents.
2.no
3.no (you will be in status while pending)
4.you can file change of status again.
