Hi
Thanks to all of you for helping me in my troubled state. Once again I would appreciate if you guide me.
MY CASE:
I am on my H1, just got it on 16th jan 2004. My husband has been refused the H4 under section 214(b).
There is no H1 stamp on my passport as yet. I am trying to get H1 Multiple. Somebody suggested that I can get that if I take a cruise of Bahamas, as if I go to india, they can hold me back. Is that possible to get it stamped on the cruise or is there any better way?
Also there is a friend who has a company, they are ready to do the GC for me. Is it possible to have H1 from one company, and then GC from another, or I need to transfer my H1 to this company.
I will be going back to India, as soon as the GC process starts if they refuse my husband in the future interviews for H4.
Then when can me and my husband both come here, after what stage?
Also approximately how much is the fees of the lawyer for the GC?
I am alone here so confused, so please guide me.
Thanks
