I am currently empoyed at a New York technology firm on an H1 visa. This firm is also processing my green card on my behalf (started July 03). However I am planning to change employer(H1 Transfer). I plan to work for this new employer for a year before going to business school for two years on an F1 (starting June 2005). My friend has a technology consulting co in Allentown, PA and is willing to process my GC for me. I expect the processing time to be much shorter than that in New York.
If I receive the GC from this third firm, before I graduate from school (May 2007), do I have to go work for this firm or can I postpone my start date until graduation ?
What if I do not go work for that firm at all after getting the GC ? Can that cause a problem ? Also should the LC state the business degree requirement considering my qualifications have changed since applying for the LC ?
