H1 to F1 Q

I tried to transfer my H1 to another company two months ago but my transfer just got denied today. My previous boss has'nt withdrew my H1 yet.

So my Q is that if:
1. I can get an offer from other company right away, is it still possible to get another new H1 aprroved?
2. I know another way is to change my status to F1. I went to ask a school today. A person there checked my passport and told me since my original F1 visa is still valid until 2011. I can get I20 and leave USA then re-enter as a student without changing status inside USA. Will this way work?

Yes you can get another H1 approved if you do it in time to a new company.

The answer to your second question will be addressed to the USCIS help line as the risk you run is being denied entry upon returning to the US. Hopefully your F-Visa is fine and you can resume studies if that is what you want to do.

Thank you for your reply. If this job is a part-time job, will it be ok?
I just got an part-time job offer and the boss is willing to sponsor me now. So if I accept it and transfer now, then I get another full-time job offer, can I file transfer for it, too? Can I only choose one or can I file two petitions (One full-time and one part-time) at the same time?
