I am applying for an H1 visa right now. My questions is:
If my employment is terminated some day and I change status from H1 to F1. After I got the F1 visa, when my study finishes/I found another job, I apply for an H1 visa again, will the second H1 need a new quota? or I don't need a quota because I have got an H1 before?
