H1 to F1 and back

I am on H1 and have 3 more years to go. I have not applied for GC.
If I change to F1 (after getting admit into MS program) and after completing it, if I need to get a job on H1, will it be considered in a new quota or can I use remaining period of my H1?
 
You can use your remaining H1 period with out quota issue
