Is there anyway (other than asking employer) to find out whether employer has cancelled your H1 visa ?

Call company lawyer or INS

If you have a lawyer they can tell you. Or with the copy of your H1 papers you can call INS service center and check the status.

AVM message

AVM only tells whether particular case has been approved or pending. I called AVM and checked with WAC number of my very old H1 , it doesn\'t say whther it\'s expired/terminated ...

Any other Idea ...
