H1 tansfer issue with paystubs

Hi,

I need to tansfer my H1 to another company as I got laid off. My employer has been paying me only 50% of my salary for past 3 months.. Used to draw 60 and not they are giving my 30K.. Since I got laid off now and have another offer I am transfering my H1.

Now I have to send my papers to this new company. I just wanted to know will there be a problem in tranfering H1 to this new company with less paystubs. I have the paystubs for last 2 months but they are less in amount. Is there a problem here with INS...

Also I am moving from CA to Chicago.....

Pls help me freinds....

Hi Jaxen,

Thanks for your reply again. As you know my 485 is in process and I am transefring due to layoff. You said that my vious employer will be in trouble but will this also be an RFE for me...Will it affect my GC in any manner. Pls let me know as this is very important for me. I dont think I can transfer my H1 to this company without paystubs. Any other alternatives

You can exercise AC21. Yes a RFE is likely. You can also be proactive and send the new employer info on 485 situation. See the I485 portability forum for more relevant details
