H1 switch to EAD, report to USCIS?

My I-485 is still pending. I just changed job and moved into one small company. My status is from H1B1 to EAD. Should I fill in any form and mail to USCIS? Thanks for your information.

You should fill up I-9 form with your new HR and that should be it.
