H1 Stamping

Hello Friends

I am suppose to go for H1 multiple stamping. Is there any suggestion with regards to where I should go Mexico or Canada. This is really stressing me.

Secondly, I will be getting married in June next yr so what forms do I need to fill w.r.t H4.

Help will be appreciated.

------If you are eligible for Visa revalidation then you can revalidate the H1 visa stamp in US from DOS, If not eligible go to Toronto or Ottawa, read the past threads many got H1 visa stamped from Toronto or Ottawa. If you have valid I-94 till June next or beyond then you can also get it stamped in your home country when you visit for marriage
Secondly, I will be getting married in June next yr so what forms do I need to fill w.r.t H4.

---- Your H1 approval notice, certified copies of I-129 and LCA( your lawyer who filed your H1 has the copy of I-129 and LCA and your HR may be also having) employer letter and your wife have to fill Form DS-156, recent pay stubs, photographs, fees,Marriage certificate and photographs if marriage. If Chennai consulate in India then other truck load of documents you can find in many threads. If your consulate is Mumbai India then better your wife should get your name endorsed in passport or get new Passport copy with married name
