H1 Stamping with two approvals (not concurrent) from the same employer

Hi immigration gurus,

I am going to Metamoros for visa stamping. My visa has expired dec 25th 2003. I have two H1 extension aprovals, one from Dec 26th 2003 to Dec 25th 2006 and the other from Dec 26th, 2006 to Dec 25th, 2009.

If I go for stamping in October 2006, will the consulate give me a visa valid until Dec 25th, 2006 or Dec 25th, 2009?

I appreciate if anyone can give me a direction/answer for the above question.
