Hello All,

I have an offer from a start-up company with employee less than 5 and their Annual income less than 15,000 dollar. They are in US for 3 years now and 5 or 6 people of them are stamped in India. Will the company size and Annual income affect the H1 Stamping in Indian Consulates.

Since now a days Visa stamping is so tough i just want to know whether people are getting H1-B Visa Stamp for such small companies also. Can someone confirm if they got Visa stamped with start up companies of this size, so i can decide for my future about this offer.

Thanks

If you have proper documents and company is legal there is no reason to not get visa. However be prepared for everything like where will you work once you are in US, client letter confirming your project and also your payscale which they will pay you.
Since size of the company is small you will just have to be more prepared with as much documents as possible. Other than that there is no rule which says if company is small they cannot apply for H1.

thanks

Thanks GC Lover for your answer. But i have one more doubt -

regd client letter confirming your project - Is it not sufficient if we just show that the Employers Service agreements with 1 or 2 of its clients and just show this service Contract. Employer says that so many requirements with this Clients that i could be fitted into this. Do you think this would be sufficient for this or do we need a client letter. Please advise.

Chennai Embassy asked one of H1 rejected cases following docs

A) A detailed and specific description of the project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned to it, location of the worksite. End Client Contact Information

B) A complete itinerary of services or engagement specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the names and addresses of the agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues or locations where the services will be performed.

C) Copy of contract with End Client
