H1 Stamping pay stub

I am going for a H1-B stamping, my present employer is paying me through a different company so my pay stub says company A and i-797 says Company B will this be an issue or can I explan that iam jus being payed through a different company when iam question at the consulate

If you are working and getting pay check from a company which does not sponser your (H1), then you are woking illegally, your visa will be rejected and cancelled (future entry to US will be denied) with out any question.
You are at great risk.

As great guru mentioned this seems to a complicated issue.
Do you know why your employer is paying through a different company other than then one holding your H1. Also do you have any documents supporting the link between company A and company B? May be that might provide some help but it really seems to be a complicated case.
