H1 got approved while I was on F1-OPT and I am currently working for the new employer. I am visiting India for getting the visa stamped in Dec.
Qn1. My F1 visa expires in 2005 but do I need a Schengen Visa for transit purposes - I believe my F1 visa is not "valid" even though it has an expiry set for 2005 since I'm not a student/or on OPT anymore.
Qn2. My lawyer may have misplaced the I-129 I had given, could I fill another one up? or should it be the same_EXACT_one that he submitted.
