H1 stamping in Tijuana, Mexico

Can anyone give me info on this:

I have my H1 revalidation appointment in November 8 at Tijuana, Mexico
but my visa expires on Oct 31, though my I-94 is valid till November 10th.

Can I re-enter US on say Nov 10th in case I don't get my visa stamped?

I do have all the required documents and have got successful stamping in India and Washington DC earlier

Can anyone give me more info asap!!!

No -- you won't be able to re-enter if your visa gets rejected.
You would have to fly straight to your home country and try getting a visa there before coming back to the US.

Valid I-94 means nothing when you come for re-entry .... it only allows you to stay in the US for the period indicated.
 
Hi,
I'm also in similar situation..
Currently, I'm on a L1, Valid till May'2005.
Planning to goto get a new H1 stamped in Canada..
In case of rejection, should I go back to India even though my L1 and I94 are valid till May'2005??
