H1 stamping in France

Hi,

My Cousin's H1 petetion got approved for this year and he has to go for stamping in mumbai consulate once he got an appointment. But mean while he got France visa stamped leaving to Paris for a 3month trip on his company work. Can he attend in France American consulate for getting US Visa??

Hello, I am in similar dilemma. I am traveling to Europe on business and will have to get my visa stamped to come back to US. Did your cousin get visa stamped in France? HOw did it go?

I would suggest to check the consulate website. Some consulates does not stamp the first time H-1B applications unless the applicant is from that country.
